After completing my formal culinary degree, I began my journey in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens — from renowned 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants to luxury catering companies serving royal families and exclusive fine dining events.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with Michelin-starred French, Italian, Asian, English, and Mediterranean restaurants, where I refined my craft under world-class chefs and mastered diverse culinary techniques and traditions.
My professional journey has taken me across Dubai, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, and India, allowing me to explore the depth of global gastronomy while blending it with my own creative style.
